SYNOPSIS

It's Guy's first day in his new apartment, and while he's settling into his bedroom, his roommate, Shay, invites a group of friends and her new boyfriend over for a game night. Guy seems to be hitting it off with her friends, but after meeting Shay's boyfriend Flynn, his entire life is flipped upside down.

PRODUCTION

Cast and crew assemble on set to bring what has been planned to life.

POST PRODUCTION

The film is assembled, refined and colored. Footage is cut, sound design and mix, music added, color corrected transforming raw footage into the final product.

FESTIVAL CIRCUIT

The film makes is submitted and screened at film festivals across the country and beyond. Festivals bring opportunity for industry recognition, awards and press coverage.

We are pleased to announce that DEAD RINGER won these following awards at the 2026 Montana 48 Hour Film Project Competition.

A fast paced weekend where filmmakers compete to make the best short film within 48 hours using the required elements! Once submitted, a distinguished panel of judges select the year’s winners. The films this year were screened at the beautiful Myrna Loy theater in Helena MT and then filmmakers were presented with the awards they received.
